The location of the hotel is convenient, with a good restaurant called Dock House nearby and easy access to the highway.
The shared bathrooms were not clean and were not regularly maintained.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the facilities were quite basic and felt outdated.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. Despite being located a bit far from the city center, it is conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The value for money at Florian was excellent, and we were kinda surprised by the size of the room. The location was convenient, just a short tram or bus ride away from the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room itself was comfortable with good amenities.
The breakfast selection could have been better, with more variety and options available.
